Kajal Jhaveri is a corporate communications executive and certified yoga teacher who has channeled her passion for writing into a career as a communications executive for some of the world’s most recognized global brands and Fortune 500 companies. Her love of yoga and love of writing go hand-in-hand. While dealing with the intense demands at her first job as a public relations executive, yoga became a way to restore balance and well-being in her life. Over the course of Kajal’s career, there have been times when there was ‘too much going on’ and she’d forgo yoga – but she’s always found her way back to the mat. Now as a certified yoga teacher, she wants to help others build a yoga practice that will nourish and foster their desire to write.

Kajal studied English, psychology and creative writing at Dartmouth College and holds a Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University.
